Signature Autosports is pleased to present this 2022 Osprey Custom 4x4 OC90 Soft Top, completed in March 2022 and showing just 2,185 miles at the time of writing. Finished in sophisticated Byron Blue Metallic over an Ivory leather interior, it blends unmistakable British utility character with modern American V8 power, contemporary comfort, and the open-air personality that makes a two-door soft top so much fun.

Purpose-built as a modern 4x4, the OC90 combines a galvanized chassis, contemporary powertrain, updated electronics, and a fully appointed interior with the character of a classic British utility shape.

BUILT AROUND LS3 POWER
At the center of the package is a 6.2-liter Chevrolet Corvette LS3 V8, previously documented at 430+ horsepower and 425+ pound-feet of torque. Power is routed through a 6L80E six-speed automatic transmission controlled by a PCS push-button gear selector with LED display, while a heavy-duty LT230 transfer case with center differential lock delivers genuine four-wheel-drive capability.

Supporting hardware includes custom headers and a performance dual exhaust system, a Griffin aluminum radiator, dual PermaCool electric cooling fans, stainless-steel oil cooler lines, brake lines, and fuel lines, new transmission cooler lines, and double-Cardan front and rear driveshafts.

PURPOSE-BUILT FROM THE CHASSIS UP
The OC90 rides on a hot-dip galvanized chassis with upgraded heavy-duty front and rear axles and CV joints. Terrafirma suspension components include slightly elevated springs and dampers, caster-corrected front radius arms, cranked rear radius arms, a track rod, drag link, and steering damper. A heavy-duty aluminum front skid plate adds protection beneath the nose, while updated front and rear disc brakes provide confident stopping performance.

Classic gloss-black 16-inch Freestyle alloy wheels are wrapped in 285/75R16 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT all-terrain tires, giving the vehicle an appropriately substantial stance without losing the road manners expected of a refined specialty build.

BYRON BLUE, BLACK HARDWARE, OPEN-AIR CHARACTER
The body is finished in Byron Blue Metallic, complemented by color-matched wheel arches and trim. A gloss-black powder-coated multi-point Safety Devices safety cage frames the passenger compartment, while the premium black soft top can be configured for full weather protection or opened up quickly through its roll-up and zip-out side and rear windows.

The exterior is detailed with a gloss-black grille and wire-mesh insert, black light surrounds, side intake, forced-air wing-top vents with satin-silver accents, Optimill LED-illuminated black-anodized door handles, and matching black-anodized door, bonnet, and windscreen hinges. LED headlamps and smoked LED marker, turn, reverse, and tail lamps modernize the lighting without overwhelming the traditional proportions.

A satin-black slim-line front bumper incorporates dual LED daytime running lamps, while the rear NAS-style step bumper integrates a high-definition rearview camera, two-inch hitch receiver, and recovery / jacking points. A heavy-duty swing-away tire carrier handles the full-size spare, and Fire & Ice-style tubular side steps make access easier without softening the vehicle’s purposeful profile.

IVORY LEATHER, MODERN COMFORT
Inside, the cabin trades utilitarian austerity for a decidedly bespoke atmosphere. Square-stitched heated front sport seats are trimmed in Ivory leather, with matching leather carried onto the door cards and dashboard. Four side-facing, stowable rear seats use the same upholstery and can be folded away to create more than 55 cubic feet of cargo capacity when passenger space is not required.

A modern-style dashboard provides effective heating and air conditioning, while a dark wood-rimmed steering wheel with stainless-steel spokes faces a piano-black fascia and contemporary infotainment system. The ATOTO S8 seven-inch HD touchscreen provides wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, and built-in digital signal processing, supported by an eight-speaker Rockford Fosgate audio system.
